Annie's Cuisine - 2

HOT BUFFALO WINGS

A. Creamy Roquefort dip:

1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon wine vinegar

1/2 cup sour cream

B. 12 chicken wings, disjointed

Oil, for frying

C. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup hot red pepper sauce

A. In a medium size bowl combine and mix Roquefort and cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill for 2 hours.

B. Using a fryer or a large pot, heat oil to 350 degrees F. Deep fry the wings until golden and crispy, approximately 10 minutes.

C. In a separate bowl, melt the butter, add the hot sauce and heat thoroughly. Immediately toss hot wings into sauce. Place wings on a platter and serve with creamy Roquefort dip.

D. YOU CAN EAT THE WINGS WITHOUT THE DIP.

heto naman ay once in a while lang, at moderation lang ang pagkain.
Mon to Fri I stayed in the kitchen after work most of the time, pero iyong kasama ko ay he's not gaining
any weight, in fact it's the other way around. But I enjoy, fixing this short and easy meals for him.

Yehehey!!! WELCOME, ANNIE! Great to know you've finally done it. I am so happy that I might even attempt to try your recipe for my long-suffering partner. He will get the shock of his life to be served something home-cooked but he'd live, I'm sure. However, it'd be nicer if you sign in under your name. I cannot help feeling a tad worried whenever I see Eddie's name on an item. One never knows when he'd be Dr Hyde or Mr Jekyll. Even his comment on Luz' article sounded like a dark threat. I usually run to the medicine cabinet to take something before I read his input. But one thing sure, I cannot NOT read what he writes. The blog can be a dreary place without his irrepressible humour. So, Annie, thanks again and please accept your invite which I resent last night our time.
