Julie Santos - "In My Corner"

At school I…teach whatever needs to be learned by my pupils.

My earliest memory is….simple and beautiful

When I was a child I wanted to be… a teacher, a good one.

If I wasn’t me I’d like to be…expressive of my love and feelings.

My worst habit is …dependence.

I’m my best at…appreciating gifts and efforts.

The best lesson my parents taught me …for GOD all things are possible.

Five famous people (living or dead) I would like to have met…John F. Kennedy Princess Diana , Princess Grace of Monaco ,

I don’t like talking about…death.

My happiest moment was…a wish fulfilled.

My secret skill (that is now no longer a secret) is…the art of forgetting.

Friends say I am…level headed.

I’m very bad at…putting off what must be done.

My biggest regret was…those embarrassing moments in my life.

The hardest thing I have ever done was…healing my grief when my Mom died.

My greatest fear is…”will I be prepared when my last moment come”

I often wonder…if I am filling the world with love.

Thank you Julie for the posting!
One of the professions I have always revered in my life is that of a teacher. When one teaches, it is not simply imparting a knowledge but sharing so much of oneself --- one's ideas, values, character, aspirations, strength, and dreams.
Then you find consolation and a sense of fullfilment when you see your students successful, knowing you have a part in the endeavor.
At least that is my experience as an instructor and a mentor in my chosen field.
Stand proud, Ma'm!!!
