"I love the life after retirement ",this seems to be the catch phrase among
retirees of JRI Orion Batch '63 . I can only speak in behalf of the teachers who have retired after long years of teaching.These includes Fely Reyes, Emma,Julie,Siony,and effective June 2008,Belen Buenaventura-Almazan,Luz Torres-Saul and Carmelita Canaria . Belen and Carmelita,41 years of service and Luz, 36 years.Kudos to you all.
Their reasons for loving retirement seem to cover a lot of areas,including waking up at anytime they wish,no more take home work like lesson planning and computation of grades...yap no more teacher work at last!
Ladies ,enjoy your retirement...take up a hobby , they are good for brain stimulation and blood flow.They also bring out your hidden talent!!
Why not write a blog,I will take care of posting ?

Congratulations to our batch'63 teachers who retired. Enjoy your days with your family especially with your apos and hope you will have time blogging and sharing your knew life as retiree. Miss you all.
i salute you, classmate-retirees for the dedicated service that you have rendered to our country, especially to the young people.
we started our career together as elementary school teachers in 1967, but i had to make a choice between career and family when we transferred residence in 1983. i chose my family, so i 'retired' earlier than you. i had to quit after teaching for only 13 years.
congratulations! RETIREMENT IS NOT THE END, RATHER IT IS THE COMMENCEMENT OF A NEW PHASE IN YOUR LIFE. ENJOY IT TO THE FULLEST!
