drinking coffee
According to the american jourmal of medicine women who drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee everyday, reduces the risk of colon cancer by 50%.Men were not mentioned.I don't know the difference between women and men's colon.
Do 7 cups of decaffeinated coffee count? I love coffee, especially the really robust variety (my grandfather used to grow the local coffee called 'barako') but regular caffeine intake gives me Intensity 8 headaches. At supermarkets I stand next to the coffee grinder and sniff the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans, but woefully I have to be content with the dreadful decaf.
With incomplete info about the journal on colon cancer, I would assume that both men and women are equally exposed to the risk, except that women coffee drinkers reduce the risks by 50%. Does it mention anything about men beer drinkers reducing colon cancer risk by 50%. What do you say Rollie?
dear cora, ay naku, pinatawa na naman ninyo ako.it was not mentioned if it's decaf or regular coffee.i assume both, since they just said coffee.but like you, i also love coffee,i prefer regular though, especially ground. about men beer drinkers, that would be my next assignment,i have to do a research on that.but until then you can enjoy one or two bottles of san miguel beer.by the way my nephew had me taste a bottle of michaelob ultra last night.i dont know if i spelled it right, but that was the best beer i ever tried.i didn't finish the whole bottle though 'cause i was feeling dizzy already.on our next reunion i'll see if i can take some with me or if not i can try the duty free in subic, what can you say rollie,ok ba yun?
