LUZ IS IN TOWN
Greetings from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Luz arrived today Friday, April 10, 2009 from Chicago for the weekend. She brought sunny and warm weather with her, thanks God. The weather prediction was cloudy and rain throughout the day, but a slight change for a better outcome prevailed. This was a duplicate of the same weather prediction when Josie and Pete Macalua stop by for a visit. As you can see from a few pictures, our friends not only brighten up our day but graced our home with their presence even for a brief period. More to follow in the next couple of days, batchmates.
It is so nice to see pictures depicting happy faces of old classmates and friends!
I always wish to venture on an 8-hour drive down the border to join the fun, but somehow I couldn't find the time and effort to do so. I guess I just have to settle to look at the beautiful photos.
Thanks Ed/Annie for sharing the pix!
Luz, have a great vacation with hospitable and good friends as the Benjamins! Enjoy the weather too!
Thanks, Ernie. It really is fun seeing old friends and seeing places of interests in this part of the world. The weather is so unpredictable, sunny but with chilly wind and we had a rainy day last Saturday in New York but still we managed to see many places. Eddie and Annie were superb hosts,Eddie even reminding me not to forget my vitamin supplements and braving the rain just to get a good shot for our pictorials. Thank you Annie, Eddie and Mike, may your tribe increase!

Wow! Didn't I tell you that you'll be getting a FIVE-STAR ACCOMODATION at the Benjamins' lovenest in Tom's River, N.J.? They are the best!!!
They will pamper you no end there, so you really leave with a heavy heart and a secret longing to be back again and again...
Tio Eddie and Tia Annie's natural warmth will shelter you from the cold weather in that part of the U.S.
Have the time of your life!!!
Hi Jo:
You should know, flattery will get you anything, anything from us!
Thanks for your kind heart and nice vote of confidence.
