I'm so saddened by the passing of Ambrosio.May his family and friends be comforted by the fact that he is now in the presence of our LORD.We will remember him and his family in our prayres.Miss Orion JRI,if you can, please provide us with a copy of his picture for some of our classmates who have a hard time trying to remember how he looked like.Thank you so much. By the way,it's so nice to hear from you again although under this very sad circumstance.I hope you had a very nice vacation.

Nelia,
It had been a rather sad task announcing Ambrosio's death as my-return-to-blog piece but this is the least we can do for him. I have asked Mike if Ambrosio was in any of our graduation photos but he couldn't say. He was not able to attend our reunion, so we do not have a photoshot of him at all. I asked Fely today but she had no info on him either. Belen seemed to know a bit about his death but found out about it belatedly and passed it on to Mike.

If anyone who reads the blog has a photo of him or the details of his circumstances, please share such with us. He was one of us, though he had kept a very low profile until his death. He is no longer with us physically but our past will not be complete without him. Our present and future are built on the foundation of our past so although he is gone from our presence, yet he will be there with us for as long as there is a remnant of JRI batch 63.

May he rest in peace until we all meet again.

Thank you Ms. Orionjri for your immediate action by posting in our blogsite our belated condolence to the bereaved family of Ambrocio Perez. As far AS I know during high school he was one of the seven dwarfs when we have a parade. He was living in Lati during that time but he transfered in Villa Angeles.

May he rest in peace.

Mike, I would like to think that we are all with you on wanting to express our collective sorrow at Ambrosio's death and our concern and care for his bereaved family. Giving abuloy is a tradition so it should be ok.

However, it might be useful perhaps if we could first find out a little bit more about their circumstances to ensure that we would be taking the most appropriate action. If you think this suggestion has any merit, who can we ask to quickly gather some information and/or contact details? But whatever action you deem propitious to take, count me in.

Thanks for your suggestion Ms. Orionjri and I appreciate it very much. Actually I called already Pareng Rollie via overseas call yesterday, Saturday 12:30 P.M. Philippine time and gave him an instruction to gather some information regarding Ambrosio. I will let you know once I receive a response from Pareng Rollie.

Mike, I know you and Belen has a list of our batchmates. Sayang dapat na bisita rin natin siya last May. He might already sick during that time. Giving donation to the family is O.K. as it is our tradition.
