Nagkita kami ng isang kagalang galang sa isang kasalan sa Balanga noong ika 24 ng Abril. Ang kasama ko ay isa sa sampung ninong ( at sampung ninang). Umuwi pa siya sa Pilipinas para lang sa kasal na ito.

DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT

A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam. The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, checked his weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.

'Breast-fed,' she replied. 'Well, strip down to your waist,' the doctor ordered.
She did. He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while in a very professional and detailed examination.
Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, 'No wonder this baby is underweight.

You don't have any milk.

'I know,'she said,
I'm his Grandma, but I'm glad I came.'

Rodriguez Visit

One of my JRI buddies Juanito Rodriguez with wife brought over to Toronto the Manila summer sun as though to warm us by their presence! But only briefly because flurries showered us before we relish our dinner together in a Japonais Restaurant. It's still April spring here and temperature is +5 Centigrade.

We are glad you appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the Niagara Falls, and had the taste of the ice wine which is getting popular all over the world because of its unique processing and the distinct taste. (For those who are curious, email me or ask me in my FB)

Caramoan Camarines Sur Sojourn

I just arrived from a three days vacation to Camarines Sur. It was a recreational team building of our Office. The place is a new tourist destination and it was a nice hideaway. It is a ten hours trip from Cubao to the port in Naga City and two hours boat ride to Caramoan . It is now called the Phillipines Secret Paradise.It has remained unexploited ,the water is pristine and gives a new meaning to "Island Hopping". Our group enjoyed island hopping,we actually walked at the sea during the low tide in one island . I enjoyed waiting for the high tide and frantically run to our boat when the water gets deeper. I also experienced being carried by the boatman to the shore when the boat can no longer reach the make shift pier. We also visited the Camarines Water Complex (CWC)where International Wake Board Competitions are held.

The islands are also being used as the location of the " Survivors" TV series.
