Josie and Mike are Here

Batchmates , Josie and Mike are home ! Mike visited me at home this evening and we went to see Josie who was attending to his father who was confined at the St. Michael Hospital. Tiyo Pedring is already 94 years old ,his condition is stable although he is asleep. The doctor says ,he is not in coma . Please offer prayers for him.
On Tuesday afternoon, the batch will be meeting at Josie's place .She and Mike will host a dinner. I will keep you posted of the happening.

Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday is a celebration of Jesus Triumphant entry into Jerusalem just before His death on the cross. the day always fall on the Sunday before Easter Sunday. The event is mentioned in all four Gospels Mark 11:1-11, Matthew 21:1-11, Luke 19:28-44, and John 12:12-19: . The day is also called Passion Sunday or Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion.

In many Christian churches, Palm Sunday is marked by the distribution of palm leaves (often tied into crosses) to the assembled worshipers. According to the Gospels, before entering Jerusalem, Jesus was staying at Bethany and Beth phage, and the Gospel of John adds that he had dinner with Lazarus, and his sisters Mary and Martha. While there, Jesus sent two disciples to the village over against them, in order to retrieve a donkey that had been tied up but never been ridden, and to say, if questioned, that the donkey was needed by the Lord but would be returned. Jesus then rode the donkey into Jerusalem. The Gospels go on to recount how Jesus rode into Jerusalem, and how the people there lay down their cloaks in front of him, and also lay down small branches of trees. The people sang part of Psalm 118

Whatever the hobby, remember that not only are you clearing your mind of the daily tugs for your attention, but you are allowing your creativity to flourish doing something that is entertaining and satisfying for you.
Think about the idea of a hobby. There are no time constraints as you learn and pursue your hobby. You are your own boss.
