BATCH 63 deeply symphatize with Lucille Quicho for the passing of his brother. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult times. Although the loss of a loved one is painful, we know in our hearts that his soul, through the mercy of God is now in peace.

Pasasalamat

Isang taos pusong pasasalamat ang aking ipinaabot sa inyo na aking mga ka-batchmates na nagbigay ng tulong at nag-pledge para sa aking kapatid na si Nilda at sa kanyang pamilya na nasunugan. Napakahirap talaga ang masunugan at iyan ay naranasan na rin namin noong magkasunog diyan sa aming barangay sa Daan Bago noong April 6, 1956. Natatandaan ko pa ang petsa pagkat katatapos lamang noon ng aming graduation sa Elementaty. Ang kasabihan nga ng mga matatanda hindi baleng sampung beses kang manakawan huwag ka lamang masunugan. Ang isang ipinagpapasalamat ko na nga lamang eh walang nasaktan sa kanila pagkat masikip ang kanilang dinaraanan. Muli kong inuulit maraming maraming salamat sa inyong kagandahang loob. Patnubayan nawa tayo ng ating Panginoong Diyos.

Latest Batch Gathering

Once again, Violeta's place was the venue of the batch gathering Sunday afternoon August 1. Sixteen were present to celebrate the birthday of the June and July born . Lagrimas came early to deliver the birthday cake. She has a previous commitment. A balikbayan batchmate, Fely Reyes completed the list of the usual attendees. We had a brief meeting but had a lot of storytelling and of course enjoying the food brought by the celebrants. Violet served nilagang camote and minatamis na saging na saba. You bet everybody enjoyed eating! Belen brought the Binggo cards and earlier reminded the group of their "puhunan" however the time was too short to have the session going. Ofelia Angeles Calimbas came wearing the batch
uniform. I will be posting the pictures later. I am here at the office now but have to finish first my urgent jobs.
