October 12 Meeting
The meeting of the Batch at Violet's place was held as scheduled . Three males, Rollie,Ramon, Armie and 11 ladies attended ; Emma, Julie,Ofelia,Luz Saul, Belen,Mercy, Julita, Siony, Violeta Lagrimas and me .
The program of activities was finalized as well as the composition of the different committees.

10:00-11:30 AM Gift Giving ----------Pre- identified pupils to be given schoolbags and some
some school supplies.
7:00-11:00 PM Hawaiian Night/
Dinner Dance------Abucay Garden Cafe , Abucay
Day 3 May 19- onwards Group gatherings/ trips--- maybe sponsored by the locals, Manila and
Balikbayans. It could be eating sessions, bingo sessions, pasyal or any other activities that will
enhance friendship and camaraderie among us.

Please confirm attendance to our Golden Anniversary as we are estimating the expenses to be incurred . Also send your comments and suggestions to improve our activities.

Hi Luz,thanks for patiently posting the minutes of the meeting. Now,we have an idea of the events that would take place. I've been talking to Editha and pareng Mike and I will call Jo also about what we're going to do.Editha has some questions which she will e mail to you,I don't know when,I think she has a very long list because up to now she's not done yet. She had been telling me about it for the last few days.
Since you were asking for some suggestions,one of my suggestions is if it possible to stay a little bit longer at the Abucay Cafe because we have presentations,baka kung iniisip natin na the time is very limited ay baka magkabuhol buhol ang mga paa ng mga sasayaw,bakit na nga parang walang time magpractice.Baka puwedeng makiusap si Julita,kilala naman yata niya yun. Isa pa kung lalagyan ng decoration for the dinner dance,anong oras pupunta doon,baka may mga customer pa before ng dinner dance. Doon sa 3rd day,Kung hindi pa nagsasawa ang mga classmates natin sa backyard namin,puwede tayo doon,magre rent ako ng videoke at makapagsariwa,unless may mga iba tayong clasmates na mag o offer ng kanilang palce o may ibang lugar na gustong puntahan. Para makabawas sa alalahanin ninyo,kami na ang bahala sa mga prizes for the raffle.Napagusapan din namin yung 3 major prizes,pero sabi ni pareng Mike ay sasama yata ang mga taga Manila. So siguro itong mga suggestion at opinion ko ay makatutulong para medyo ma wrap up na dahil medyo umiigsi na ang panahon. After christmas,sandali na lang ay May na,baka kapusin tayo ng panahon. So siguro sa susunod na meeting ninyo ay lalong mabubuo na,lalo na kung makakadalo ang mga taga Manila. So far yan pa lang ang mga nasa isip namin,let us know if you have other things in mind,except yung almusal after the mass,kung may breakfast daw dahil baka magkagutom kung after mass ay lunch na ang hihintayin. Kahit daw pandesal or and bitso bitso and coffee.
Salamat sa suggestions Nelia. Yong sa Abucay Cafe,puedeng maarrange ang extension ng oras . May mga halls doon na separate sa Restaurant kaya walang problem sa pagpapadecoration. Ang sa almusal sa first day ay di problema kasi matatapos ang mass mga 9 na siguro tapos pwede ng tumuloy sa venue ng Picnic where meryenda will be served. Sa balanga may mga lugar na pwede tayong mag videoke , we can arrange that.
